Signature pies plus rotating seasonal specials. All 14-inch, hand-stretched, and made fresh on site. Our dough goes through a mix of cold and ambient fermentation for 54 hours, made with locally milled flour from the Pacific Northwest. Toppings are sourced locally whenever possible. Every pie is hand-stretched and made to order in front of your guests.

Charlie.

"Astratta" means abstract in Italian — fitting because Charlie is an abstract painter at heart. He's been perfecting his pizza recipe for 10+ years. After a string of successful pop-ups around town, it's time take it to the next level — bringing handmade pizza to private events, parties, and pop-ups across the Portland area.
